that Hongqi sales reached a record high during 2022 by 42% increase compared to
the year 2021, thanks to the high demand by luxury car customers in the Saudi
market for Hongqi cars, with Hongqi HS5 topping Hongqi sales in Saudi Arabia by
53%, in addition to Hongqi H5, HS7 and H9.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Fathy Allam,
General Manager of Hongqi at the Universal Premium Motors Agencies, said “the
sales of Hongqi cars saw a big jump that exceeded all expectations during 2022.
The positive growth indicators were the fruit of the successful efforts exerted
by the Universal Premium Motors Agencies in introducing luxury cars that fit
our local market, as well as our commitment to provide the best features and
services to our customers so as to build sustainable relationship that
maintains their trust which is an essential part of our success. We are

Mr. Allam also referred to “the huge
investments made by the Universal Premium Motors Agencies by expanding and
developing Hongqi centers across the Kingdom to ensure providing the best
services to our clients as two centers are set to be opened in Abha and Riyadh
during this year 2023.
Mr. Allam went on to say “with the arrival of
the all-new Ousado 2023, a luxury medium-size car, to the showrooms in Saudi
Arabia this month, I expect higher records of sales this year. We are so happy
